clark real estate: The Railroad Crossing on Westfield Avenue in Clark Will Be Closing - 05/03/17 03:55 PM
If you live in or travel through Clark, you may find getting around to be a bit more hectic next week.  Conrail has announced that they will be doing construction on the Railroad Crossing on Westfield Avenue beginning on Monday, May 8th.  The construction will completely close Westfield Avenue between Terminal Avenue and Lamberts Mill Road.  Fortunately, the construction will only last through Thursday the 11th and then that section of the road will re-open.

As area experts, we can tell you that the Clark Real Estate Market was simply outstanding in 2016. So, how does 2016 compare to the previous several years?
Firstly, inventory is down. This is an excellent indicator of a seller's market.   In 2013, the average inventory was 91 homes. However, in 2016, the average inventory 76 homes. This is an excellent indicator of a seller's market.  Overall, sales are up. Union County has a mix of urban and suburban neighborhoods with  home values ranging from $100,000 to thirty and even forty times as much. Some neighborhoods of Union County are in much higher demand than others. 
One of the measures we use to evaluate the real estate in Union County is the Month's Supply. The Month's Supply is a comparison of how many homes sell per month compared with how many homes are offered for sale.
