I've been a full-time REALTOR® for more than 12 years now, but prior to that, I worked in the IT field. I was a facilities manager, responsible for more than 500 computers for a software training company. I also worked as a computer technician and specialized in server-based Enterprise VOIP systems. Boring... But I did learn a lot from it. I picked up a lot of the computer skills I still use and learned about communicating effectively through a company.
