vinegar: Herbal Vinegar Workshop at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum - 9/30

On Wednesday, September 30th, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, the Frelinghuysen Arboretum will hold its 7th Annual Herbal Vinegar Workshop. Attendees will make their own herbal vinegars for a salad accompaniment or for grilling or as a dessert finisher. Lesley Parness is the superintendent of Horticultural Education and will be hostin the workshop. The cost for attending this presentation is $36 for members of the Arboretum and $40 for non-members. Registration is required by September 23rd. The cost of registration includes three bottles of vinegar and all materials including the herbs, bottles, labels, and raffia ties.
