The market in Michigan is interesting. A lot of designer homes sit empty as people continue to move out of the state. These mansions sit along in silence waiting for the right buyer. But not all of the homes are of designer or luxury level. Many smaller homes, (some from foreclosures) are for sale too. You can find some incredible deals on the market today that you usually cannot find under any other conditions. Keywords are a BIG deal. Yes, we all know that. But recently, I stumbled across something mind blowing. It turns out there are a whole list of keywords that are relevant to blog posts -- that don't necessarily appeal to typical web pages. These are ranked differently.
