Hey there -- its been a long time since I came on here and writen anything. I have been through this period of inefective meetings and breakfast clubs and insincere communication. I blame myself and from steering away what works. Its amazing to me to see this happen despite all the progress I made on the web when it wasn't really a "thing".

The other day I asked a collegue if he had anything he wanted to throw up on my press release service. He hands me this pre-written press release from his agency. The only thing he wanted changed on it was his name and address. This was a canned press release that he had permission to use. No big deal.... right? I am sure the agency had good intentions. Years ago I used to subscribe to paid keyword banks. These are subscription services that show you what keywords people search for. You can learn a lot about your audience and what they are typing in to find real estate services, new home purchases and rental information. There is a number count for every keyword search such as: New Home Sales 45,000 Searches per month Luxury Condo Rental 54,500 Searches per month ... and so on.
