My friends! What an awesomely timely blog post from out community member Wayne over here! Have you ever had a pipe burst from one of your buyer's homes??? I can tell you - IT IS NOT a good feeling. Last winter 2010, one of the homes I sold had a pipe burst! Seattle was having one of the coldest winters and my buyers were just coming back from a snow bird vacation shortly after they received their keys during closing.
