Here is some fun from Youtube. Real recovery is far off, do we have another decline coming? I hope not. The banking industry still has their hands full with problematic loans. I use a product, foreclosureradar.com and my market there will be plenty of short sales, modifications and foreclosures for long time to come. … (9 comments)
I just posted the 1st part of a multi-part commentary on the Simi Valley Housing Element Update over on my wordpress Blog www.HomeBuysBlog.com. I will discuss the ins and out of the policy and how our city will be effected. Since the city is bound by state law to add more homes by 2014. it will bee interesting to see which group of residents the city irritates the most as projects are forced into redevelopment areas, designated in the update.
