I have seen several posts on wether or not to have people register to use the Mls search feature on their web site. I have been doing Internet marketing for almost 13 years now and I find this question remarkable that it is being asked in 2009. Have a couple of new farm listings this week with Hi-Def tours to be posted. The weather has sure been a delight. I dont really know what is considered normal here. All I know is that when I moved here in January , it was as cold as Nebraska and when this summer came along and I was prepared for brutal heat, It never occured. One of the biggest problems with the MLS system is the inconsistency of the presentation. I have watched as the Internet has significantly changed the way properties are bought and sold. 10 years ago probably 30% of listings had photos.The other listings were in essence non existant. People dont click on listings without photos. Our goal with Bluegrass Trophy Properties is consistent presentation.
