I am happy to see that the market is recovering in Southern Idaho. In 2010 Even I was begging to buy into the story that I could not make it in Real Estate, Because things were bad. I made a mind change and started focusing on creating leads and talking to 6o to 80 people per day. I have found that Real Estate in Idaho Falls and Pocatello has really started moving forward.
