The Wichita Falls market is softening, yet still a strong seller's market.  Increased mortgage rates have certainly caused a slow-down, however buyers are still moving into the area and we are still very competitively priced compared to the DFW market only a 2 hour drive away.  Work-from-home and telecommuting opportunities have made getting away from the larger populations into an area with lower cost of living very attractive for many.
