Having two listings in the Ironwood Crossing San Tan Valley subdivision has lead me to many conversations on the same subject. And that is, should a buyer go with a new build or a re-sale in Ironwood Crossing Subdivision? Every individuals situation is different but, from a dollars to dollars stand point, it is my opinion that a re-sale in this community is a much better value. Take the Barcelona floor plan that Fulton Homes offers for example. Right now as a new build the base price starts at $234,000 and you will receive $8,000 in incentives.
