Stowe Vermont Area - Home Sales Market Report - 1st Quarter 2018 compared to 1st Quarter 2017 I have finally crunched the numbers for the 1st Quarter of 2018 home sales report in the Stowe area. I was actually curious to see how they would come out as I could sense some market conditions but wasn't really sure. There are definitely some differences between the towns of Stowe, Waterbury, Morristown, Hyde Park, Elmore and Wolcott; but there is one common theme - LOWER INVENTORY. Vermont - Lamoille Area Homes Sales Market Report: 2015 comparison to 2014 Overall, the Homes Sales in the Stowe/Waterbury area showed positive growth in the number of homes sold. Sale prices, overall, were down and inventory of homes available for sale was down. Of course, there were a few exceptions - primarily Stowe, Vermont and Waterbury, Vermont.Below is chart which shows number of homes sold, median sale price, average sale price, and average number of listings for the towns of Stowe, Waterbury, Morristown, Hyde Park, Elmore, Johnson and Wolcott, Vermont.
