We continue to deal with COVID-19 challenges (mostly April, May and June) and an unsettled country due to civil unrest. Although it has been somewhat difficult to list and show properties in Vermont because of COVID-19 requirements, the demand for homes in Vermont has certainly increased while the supply has decreased in most market areas. Stowe, Vermont Area Home Sales Report: Comparison of the 1st Half of 2019 to 1st Half of 2018 - MARKET REPORT As a full time Stowe area broker, I am often asked "so how's the market?" Sometimes, you just know - it's great, ok or really slow. Other times, it's a mixed bag. That's how I would sum up the 1st half of year report in 2019. Stowe Vermont Area - Market Report of Homes Sold - 1st through 3rd Quarter 2018 The period from January 1, 2018 through September 30th, 2018 when compared to the same period in 2017 - overall a mixed bag of statistics based on each town.
