My buyers live in a small condomineum complex and were hoping to find a unit for sale to purchase for her parents, who live in California, so they could have a close place to stay when they visit often. It could also double as a rental.
Last week a unit was listed and went under contract in 3 days, so when a new listing came on they jumped at the chance to make an offer.

In my series "Wandering around Woodinville" I share some interesting places I am discovering.                       
This week, my darling husband Andy and I had a lunch date at the Horseshoe Saloon aka "the Shoe".
The Horseshoe Tavern is located just west of downtown at:
 12461 NE Woodinville Drive, Woodinville WA 98072
It's in the "dive bar" category - but the beer was cold and the food was delicious! Our lunch was under $20 including the beer!
