Here is the most recent Ahwatukee Foothills Real Estate Housing Market Report for October 2020: The average sales price of homes in Ahwatukee continues to increase, as the price per square foot jumps to $212. Days on market, however, has increased to 34, which is still very low. Ahwatukee home sales are way higher than in October of last year (27.2%), which I believe may have something to do with the COVID-19 pandemic extending the summer home sales season, and the continued high demand for homes in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
