Here is the most recent Chandler AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for September 2022: After decreasing for three straight months the average sales price of Chandler homes has increased from $627,934 in August to $663,563 in September. This is a good sign as we head into the fall, as home prices have decreased in September of the previous three years.
After increasing or remaining the same for 24 consecutive months, the average sales price per square foot of Chandler homes has now decreased for the fourth straight month. The average sales price has dropped from $315/sf in May to $292/sf in September. This … (2 comments)
