Here is the most recent Gilbert Real Estate Housing Market Report for October 2020: The average sales price of homes in Gilbert dropped a little on October, but the price per square foot continues to edge closer to $200. Days on market has also continued to decrease down to 28 DOM, which is extremely low. Gilbert home sales are way higher than in October of last year (24.4%), which I believe may have something to do with the COVID-19 pandemic extending the summer home sales season, and the continued high demand for homes in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
