Here is the most recent Tempe Housing Market Report for September 2020! The average sales price for Tempe homes decreased just a bit this month, while the price per square foot increased in September. Days on market increased from an all-time low of 31 in August, but still remains extremely low at 34 this month. Tempe home sales are significantly higher than in September of last year, increasing 17.7% year-over-year. The number of new listings is also higher than in September of last year by 5.3%.
