My 9-year-old grandson’s 3rd grade class is taking their CTAP test today. Yesterday his teacher encouraged his class to “dress for success” so to help put them in the right frame of mind for the test. Great idea, right? Well, Brennan decided that dressing for success meant wearing a tux! That’s right, a tuxedo.

We just recently finished staging a new duplex. It is a "scrape" in a nice older neighborhood. The homes is a manufactured or prefabricated home. It was manufactured in Minnesota and then shipped to the build site as a set of "boxes". The "boxes" were then unloaded and reassembled. It's just amazing! Everything in the home was already there. The flooring, the cabinetry, plumbing, etc. The place looks great and it's perfect for those up and coming 30 somethings looking for their first or even second home. We have begun work on the little bank owned property we recently purchased. The poor thing was Stuck In the Eighties! Including 80's carpet, 80's paint and 80's cork and mirror walls (all appliances were missing but I'm pretty sure they would have been eighties too). We gutted everything. Unfortunately, the wall with the cork and mirrors didn't fare so well and we had to remove and replace the drywall.
