After the dramatic rebound of sales from 2008 to 2009, the number of closed sales leveled off and dropped a bit Lino Lakes, Minnesota in 2010. While 6% is not a dramatic change, it is still down a bit but new listings are down about the same amount so the market appears to be leveling off in this eastern Anoka County community. Even as the home buyer tax credit expired, the price point of homes only went up a fraction of a percent.
