The number of new listings decreased considerably for the second year in a row in Blaine, Minnesota. But unlike 2011, the number of sales, and more importantly, prices have seen a significant rebound. The community of Blaine has continued to grow and expand in the north metro of the Twin Cities despite the economic downturn.
