Coon Rapids homes are selling a little slower this year than last but the total number of homes sold has remained about the same. There has been a good drop in new listings which helps to keep inventory levels down. The average sales price dropped by just under 15% so affordability is evident in Coon Rapids. The drop in the ratio of original price to received price is down which shows that sellers are negotiating.
