Yesterday I shared a few of the amazing deals on lakeshore homes I saw listed in Anoka County. It seems that whenever I search the MLS in the north Twin Cities metro, I find some incredible deal on lakeshore. After years where lake homes were priced out of reach of the average homebuyer, now they are amazingly affordable. Our local and national news outlets have been talking about the comeback in the housing market over the past few weeks. And, there are some homes in some areas are starting to sell again.
