Ah, it is that time again, and you have probably heard the rumor - there is something up with the real estate market - and it is not all bad. Take a look - 71 listings, 35 new homes on the market and 55+ sold... This means inventory is getting really low and you will start seeing that pressing prices upwards a bit. We already see it in the past month on price per squarefoot on new listings - it was down around the $140 mark last year, and not we are looking at $163... It's all here. Tune in. … (2 comments)
