As you know location is a huge factor is so many things. Where a house is located carried great weight. People would like to purchase a home near things they would like to do. I have one student who wants Nia - the dance exercise class I teach to be near her home. So she enlisted the help of the Bay Club in Cupertino. There will be a FREE Nia class at the Bay Club in Cupertino on Friday, November 14, 2014 at noon! The club is going to see if it is something they would like to have as a (0 comments)

What is with this weather? It is as if it can't decide the season. A week or so ago I was so excited for fall, looking forward to soups and sweaters. Now I can't get enough ice water. Regardless of the strange weather for this season here in the South Bay we do have THE BEST WEATHER, but with it being all wonky who knows what it is going to be like from day to day. A safe bet is to plan on getting your workout done indoors. I have some cardio dance classes that can help you do just that. (0 comments)

I was a mortgage professional all my life. Started when I was fifteen. Saw many ups and downs of the mortgage market. That last one was the worst. So I went from working with figures to working with figures. I a funder and an escrow officer which as you know is a lot about the loan funds and bills. Now I teach a cardio dance workout, Nia, which is about the body. Figures to figures. :-) The class I teach can enable you to do aerobics three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays!
