What is with this weather?  It is as if it can't decide the season.  A week or so ago I was so excited for fall, looking forward to soups and sweaters.  Now I can't get enough ice water. 
Regardless of the strange weather for this season here in the South Bay we do have THE BEST WEATHER, but with it being all wonky who knows what it is going to be like from day to day.  A safe bet is to plan on getting your workout done indoors.  I have some cardio dance classes that can help you do just that.

There are multiple Nia classes around the South Bay. I have two that could be considered close to Downtown San Jose, I have one in Campbell, and I have one in South San Jose.
I have been teaching in Willow Glen which is somewhat close to downtown San Jose for over THREE YEARS.
Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 10:00 am in Willow Glen.  This is a great group to get your morning workout in with.

Since the banks are closed, so no fundings will be happening, come on over to Nia in San Jose on Labor Day
We have Nia every Monday at 9:00 am in the Willow Glen area of San Jose.  On Lincoln next to Goosetown.
We will be dancing on Monday, September 5, 2011.
Many people have the day off, some studios close, or gyms restrict the class schedule so come join us for your morning cardio workout.

Terre Pruitt has Nia class in the Bay Area.
I have two Nia classes (on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 am) in San Jose.  I have one Nia class (on Fridays at 10:30 am) in Los Gatos.

Nia Class - 3:45 to 4:45 pm - Sunday, October 3, 2010 - drop in fee $15
Combined with the Nia PLAYshop from 2:15 to 3:30 its $32 (the PlayShop alone is $20)
OR you can save $10 and purchase both by September 19th. 
I need to have enough people to hold the class so my incentive for participants is $10 off! 
The Nia Class that is after the Nia PLAYshop will be a cardio dance workout just like the ON GOING Nia classes in Willow Glen on Mondays and Wednedays (at 9:00 am)

cardio workout: Nia - FREE Class, Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 6pm in San Carlos - 03/29/10 08:33 AM
In addition to teaching Mondays and Wednesdays in the morning in Willow Glen (San Jose), Terre is going to teach the Nia class that the San Carlos Park and Rec Department is offering on Tuesday nights at 6:00 pm starting April 6, 2010.
On Tuesday, April 6th, 2010 you can come try it for FREE. 
We do need a minimum number of participants signed up to make sure the session is a go, so it is best to sign up early to ensure the set of classes will be held for the scheduled session.  But you can come try it first … (0 comments)

Nia classes are held regularly by Terre Pruitt Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 am in Willow Glen/San Jose.

Come try it on Sunday morning.  Get an energizing cardio workout in the morning it will help you start your day and leave you plenty of time to continue the fun!
