As you know location is a huge factor is so many things.  Where a house is located carried great weight.  People would like to purchase a home near things they would like to do.  I have one student who wants Nia - the dance exercise class I teach to be near her home.  So she enlisted the help of the Bay Club in Cupertino. 
There will be a FREE Nia class at the Bay Club in Cupertino on Friday, November 14, 2014 at noon!
