My family and I are off to the beach this week, so Katina will be taking over the blog for me... The last few weeks have been hopping! Our cry for listings paid off and we have had more inventory coming in and it is a great mix of homes too! Two new construction listings in Old Salisbury Place are very popular, we have held several open houses and other agents are showing the properties alot. The months of April and May were quite busy for us and we wrote quite a few contracts on our listings. We need inventory to assist the buyers we are in contact with. Another team member has been added to the mix and with him he brought two listings to add to our inventory. Neil Foster joins us this week and we are excited to have him. I have been neglecting my Blog on here for sometime, but I now have a new superwoman administrative assistant who is getting things back on track. The team is very busy but we are in need of new listings, so if you know someone who is in the market to sell, send them our way. Beverly Fisher is selling like hotcakes, she wrote 7 contracts last month and is still turning them out.
