For the second time in the last five years Bryan and College Station have been recognized as places where real estate is selling for under what the values should be. This means that there are definate bargains here in Aggieland. Houston was the only other city in Texas that got this designation. With the prospects of tremendous job growth and undervalued real estate it's a wonderful market to be in.
