As you are aware, my industry has been hit very hard. Over 1 million agents have gotten out of the business. Thousands are dropping out every day. Only the experienced veterans-those who have been tested in markets like this before, are surviving. Some of our current clients have postponed their plans to sell or buy real estate. Wow, I just pulled up a search in the Vancouver Washington area near Vancouver Mall. I looked for 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, 1200 Sqft or more, lot size of 5000 sqft or more in a price range of under $200,000. I could not believe my eyes! Over 86% of the homes in the area were SHORT SALES! A short sale is when the bank accpets less than is owed on the property. What this means to my buyer is an awesome opportunity!!!!
