split: Should I stay or should I go now?????

Remember that old song, "Should I stay or should I go?" It keeps playing in my head. Like a lot of real estate agents and/or every other professional in any way linked to real estate, I've been wondering if this is the time to bow out, atleast for a while. On my way into the office for a meeting the other day (after which we toured a 2.4 million dollar property in Cary, NC,) I actually heard the song.
