It seems in the past 2 months- I have done more CMA's than ever in my real estate career in this Killeen Texas market! I think it might be because I've been in the business for exactly 7 years this month- and my past buyers are ready to sell! I live and work in the military community of Fort Hood Texas. We are the largest Army base in the free world- so always lots of people coming an going. All of those people need a place to live- so it makes for a great real estate career!
