our customers: Biggest Loser or Biggest Winner

It's the new year and everyone is having a biggest loser challenge. People at work, the local newscasters and even my son has gotten a group together to lose big! They asked me to join and I said "no way am I weighing in front of anyone!" However, just like lots of other people I too need to lose weight. So which diet program do you choose?
