Sunday evening 1/18/09 Tom is busy watching the last 2 teams play off for a chance to play in the super bowl. Just a little bit ago Phoenix Cardinals won their game! We have relatives in Phoenix so we are very excited about their win. Tom keeps saying maybe we will head to Florida to see them play in the Super Bowl. It's the new year and everyone is having a biggest loser challenge. People at work, the local newscasters and even my son has gotten a group together to lose big! They asked me to join and I said "no way am I weighing in front of anyone!" However, just like lots of other people I too need to lose weight. So which diet program do you choose?
