No, but according to many Denver Area Realtors, the market is changing. I agree, for the better. The demand for houses over the last few years up into the last few months was very difficult for buyers to navigate. Almost with certainty a buyer would need to offer more than the list price to even be including in the purchase process for consideration by a seller. Multiple offers, people throwing out crazy numbers and guarantees to "win" the home bid have finally cooled.
