Elgin MNhas some great Local Attractions for a small city just NE of Rochester MN. Here in Elgin you can find a friendly face and a helpful hand where ever you turn. Elgin has a paved path for summertime biking, roller blading, walking, running. In the winter the same trail is great for snowshoeing and nordic skiing. The Elgin Trail runs from Plainview to just north of Chester Woods Park. Soon it will continue Through Chester WoodsParkto allow outdoor enthusiasts to end their tour (or make there turnaround) in the Park.
