We rescued and adopted Buddy on April 15th, 2004 when he was 13 months old from the animal shelter in East Providence, RI. We were told that he had been badly abused and needed special handling. We had difficulty getting his love and trust in the beginning, but after returning him back to the shelter in 48 hours and giving our second donation, we once again adopted Buddy and that was 5 years ago. This research data was gathered from Rhode Island Association of Realtors According to the Framingham Economic Research Center, Rhode Island has a 9.3% unemployment which definitely affects our housing market.
