I wrote yesterday that our short sale deal seemed to be falling apart, but now it looks like it will fund and record tomorrow as we had hoped. I can't believe that it went so quickly, 20 calendar days from receiving an offer to recording, (as long as the buyers money wire comes in as scheduled)....
