The name isn't very Politically Correct, but it is a very nice subdivision in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. Indian Hills is situated on the South East side of Cedar City. This is another very stable subdivision, there are currently two homes listed for sale. This is a small subdivision of custom homes, built in the early to mid 1990's. They are at the base of the hill.

This morning at 9 AM there was a Veteran’s Day Memorial Service at the World War II Memorial at Veteran’s Park in Cedar City. There was also a program at the Randall L. Jones Theatre on SUU Campus. This was a free performance on a first come first serve basis. Also all Veteran’s were allowed free admission to the National Parks for the entire weekend.
Canyon View High School is presenting Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. This performance is at 7 PM in auditorium at Canyon View High School. Admission is $5.

The Kayenta Subdivision is another of the older subdivisions in The Cedar City Real Estate Market. It was built in the early to mid 1960's. It is just West of South Elementary School. Kayenta is a quiet neighborhood with large starter or move up sized homes. There is some nice, mature landscaping in this subdivision. It is still centrally located in Cedar City, not far from anything.

There is much in life to be grateful for. I am really grateful for Active Rain. I have learned so much and have so many relationships that I otherwise would not have experienced. Sometime next week we will eclipse the one million point total. That seems like such a huge number, that I never imagined reaching this level until earlier this year.

In the Cedar City Real Estate Market, the Grant Subdivision is another one of our mixed subdivisions. There is a mix of detached single family homes with some duplexes. The Grant Subdivision was built in the mid 1990′s. There are quite a lot of investor owners in this particular subdivision.

The Cedar City Real Estate Market has several high end subdivisions. Wild Flower is certainly one of those. Wild Flower is built on the West side of Leigh Hill. It does offer some great view from some of the lots. It is near the new Aquatic Center, and construction began in 2000, so it is a newer subdivision. Wild Flower subdivision is near shopping and schools.

Lamplight really is a great starter home subdivision in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. It is comprised of mostly Twin Homes but there are some Single Family Detached units. Tonight at the Pizza Factory Police Officers will be your waiters. The reason that we’re writing about this and why they are doing it isn’t to make nice with the community. It is to earn tips to help fund Christmas for needy children. That’s right all of the tips paid to the Wait Staff (Police Officers, EMS Staff and Firemen), will go to buy Christmas presents for youngsters that may not otherwise have presents on Christmas Day. Some of the participating restaurants will donate part of their profits to this cause.

The Del Sol Subdivision is one of the Gems in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. It is located south of the Cove Ridge Subdivision. It is a smaller subdivision of custom homes. It was built in the early 2000's. These are really nice homes. It is a very stable subdivision, in fact there are no homes listed for sale currently, and have only had 1 home sell in the past year.

Allard Ranch is another of the estate or ranch styled subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. Allard Ranch is another subdivision that is closer to Parowan than it is to Cedar City. It is off of Old Highway 91 between Parowan and Summit. It is a subdivision that I have always liked. These are custom homes on acreage, 2 plus acres per lot. There have been no homes sell in this subdivision in a long while.

The Cedar City Real Estate Market has a few subdivisions that have great potential, but were started just about the time that the real estate bubble burst. Rancho Bonita is certainly one of those. Rancho Bonita is one of the subdivisions that are a little removed from Cedar City.
