We have all heard "everything happens for a reason but all to often when tragedy strikes we are left looking for the reason. Well, here is a story that starts off horribly but the finish is Disney Like and sure to inspire. In December of 2005 a dolphin was rescued off the coast of The Canaveral National Seashore after becoming entangled in a crab trap. She was transported to the Clearwater Marine Aquariumin Clearwater, Florida where she received treatment for her wounds. This is a story of a special Dolphin named Winter. Who would of thought 5 years ago when we first started dealing with short sales and foreclosures that not only would they still be a part of our market but the largest part. For the first time in who knows when (now I know someone if going to respond "I've been a Realtor for 40 years and you should have seen the market in the 70's) we are selling more short sales and bank owned homes than conventional sales. My listing inventory usually sits between 40 and 70 homes and until just recently only 20% of those have been short sales. (0 comments)

Why is it that every-time I go out to eat, the waiter or waitress is a inactive Realtor? Why is it, that every time I tell someone that I am a Realtor they reply with "I am sorry to hear that. My own Mother feels sorry for me. In all seriousness, this is the best market I have ever been in as a professional Real Estate Agent.
