At a recent Christmas party, I was in a conversation with one of the guest who had recently bought a home. No big surprise there as most of my conversations turn to Real Estate, but not by me by the way. it's not always my favorite subject. It Seems strange to even start a post with the statement, "We Need Homes To Sell In Palm Harbor-Clearwater Florida" but it's true. The dreaded bubble did indeed burst in 2006 and we went from less than a 30 supply of inventory to more than two years in most parts of Palm Harbor - Clearwater, Florida. What followed was seven years of home value depreciation, short sales and foreclosures.
