VETERANS DAY....A DAY TO REMEMBER, RECALL , RESPOND... No one needs to be reminded that tomorrow is Veterans Day;There were times past when this day was a 'given' school day-off;Some businesses & offices were closed in observance of those who gave their ALL & those who are willing to so do; Mail was suspended;Only necessary retail entities were open.These days--other than U.S Mail service & Governmental Offices, being closed-- are 'business as usual'...that may strike some as wrong;...that may strike some as a 'so what' item;...that may strike some as 'what's new';...that may strike some who are Veterans, or Active Duty Military … (7 comments)
