motivation: Why I love my job!

The element of surprise! I think that is the essential reason I love being in Real Estate. Sure there are other reasons, but if I had to choose the one most important reason I get up in the morning and function as a Realtor, I would undoubtedly say this is the one. I've been working in Real Estate for just under 4 months now and feel as though I've been riding the biggest rollercoaster in the park over and over again. You know the one I'm talking about, that beast you have to walk past a few times before you actually get in line. The first time you ride the coaster it is quite a thrill, but a bit scary just the same. After the second and third ride the thrill is still there, but your deathgrip has loosened a bit.
