food: Coupon Crazy (actually Coupon Smart) - 01/10/11 02:55 PM
On Saturday night we decided to run some errands including a stop at Harris Teeter for some groceries just in case it snowed.  As soon as we walked into Harris Teeter we thought there was a party going on and we were crashing it.  There were people everywhere and the excitement and electricity wasn't over the anticipated snow, but it was over coupons! It was crazy and I can only describe it as a coupon party going on.  Women, and men, were stopped in the aisles talking about the various coupons in their possession, the triple couple deals, the various ways to organize … (2 comments)

food: Fort Mill , South Carolina .........What a Change - 02/22/10 01:43 AM
Since 1986 Gina has  called York County home and if there is one area that has made a complete transformation, but retained the hometown feel it is Fort Mill, South Carolina .  In the beginning Fort Mill was well known as the home of a textile empire, Springs Industries.  One of the original manufacturing plants burned in the early 1980s and that space, which is near downtown, has been converted into a wonderful community park known as the Walter Elisha Park.  The park is located near the quaint downtown area that still boasts many unique shops great for spending a leisurely … (0 comments)
