realtors: Open Houses Take Forever

So, as a Loan Officer, I offer to attend Open Houses with Realtors I work with. I do this as a courtesy and because it is a great way to meet uncorrupted purchase leads. But man, have they been slow. Every open I have attended seems to be located in some time-warped parralel universe where time itself stands still and everyone would rather rent than buy. I don't get it because home prices have leveled out and rates on some programs are less than 6%. I hope it picks up soon because open houses lately are nothing more than an opportunity … (2 comments)

I want to ask you to evaluate a sales pitch I am making to Realtors in my area. I don't see the holes in it, so I can't figure out why it's not more successful.
