The average list price for townhouses in the Bristow area is $286,655 and for resale single families the average list price is $432,923. Neighborhood's like the  Braemar Community, Bridlewood, Bridlewood Manor, Brookside, Crossman Creek, Foxborough, Kingsbrooke, New Bristow Village, Lanier Farms, Saybrooke, Sheffield Manor, and Victory Lakes are in the Bristow area.

Real Estate Market Update for Prince William County, Manassas & Manassas Park
There is currently 1,254 active homes on the market for sale and 427 that sold in the month of November. In October's Real Estate Market Update I reported 1,486 active homes for sale and 441 sold's. While it's not unusual to have lower inventory this time of the year, this is the lowest I have seen it in many years.

Real Estate Market Update for October 2011
There are currently 1,486 homes for sale in Prince William County, Manassas City and Manassas Park.  While that may appear to sound like a large number, with an average of 441 homes selling a month that's only 3.3 months of inventory.
The average sold price for Prince William County is $275,436 up 1.05% year over year. Manassas City had only a slight increase in the average sold price which is now at $201,909. Manassas Park had the largest increase of 6.24% with an average sold price now at $205,100.
