Real Estate in the Social Media EraI love selling Real Estate in the social media era. As a 20+ year veteran of the real estate world, I remember when clients had to come to my office to look at homes in a listing book and we had those funky looking keys to access lockboxes. Then came the dumb terminals used only by licensed Realtors.In the late ‘90’s websites became the big crave. That was the beginning of a whole new way of selling real estate.
Fast forward to 2011, it’s a fast past environment where buyers and sellers want info yesterday. … (2 comments)
