Tired of deals falling out that shouldn't have? How to ensure a successful close of Escrow! It is so easy to get caught up in all our escrows and forget the basic fundamental things that make a deal close in a timely matter. Have you had deals fall out that completely blindsided you? It seems lately or at least the last 5 or so referrals from my Realtor Partners turn out to either have a very low credit score or none at all. This by no means says that the buyer cannot buy and that we should just disregard their attempt at purchasing a home.
