With unemployment rates still so high in the state of California as well as many of our military struggling to survive, help is finally on the way.
CalHFA Allocated $700 Million from
New Federal Program to Assist Homeowners

The program is due to be up and running by the fall and has three seperate mortgage assistance programs. This is great news for California and offers a ray of hope for the economy and real estate market.
I am looking forward to brighter days!
