Buyers are buying up homes for sale in Lincoln quickly! It's been a crazy several weeks for buyers in this housing market. Well maintained homes priced in the $100,000 to $250,000 range are really moving fast. According to the MLS 24 hour market watch as of this writing there were twelve houses in this price range that went under contract. Nine of those homes went under contract in less than five days. In fact, only one went under contract at the five day mark. The rest of them went under contract in three days for less!
